With honourable performances from the other bands 99designs were the winners once again but it was no walkover.

Four company bands are locked in for this year’s battle. 99designs, ThoughtWorks, Envato and REA.
Rumour has it new entrants are being considered.
Five bands will compete this year. 99designs, ThoughtWorks, Envato and REA and for the first time Urbanise.
There was movement at the station, for the word had passed around
planning for a new battle of the bands was underway.
